  • This is a top of the shelf, rare high-end radio from 1941
  • 12 tube 3 band "Robot" or shutter-dial mechanism
  • 3 Color Dial
  • Proprietary "Radioorgan" tone module ensures 64 unique tone combinations
  • Zenith weighted flywheel, large tuning dial
  • Standard broadcast (AM) and shortwave bands

The cabinet was restored using the finest toning and clear lacquers, and looks fantastic.

It has had a complete electronics tune up with new capacitors; tubes and resistors checked and replaced as needed.
The dial belts are new for smooth  operation and tuning. The chassis is clean. The radio has very nice reception with no hum.  Automatic Turning requires adjustment for  local area.

If you’ve always wanted one of these but despaired that you’d never find one – much less one in such exquisite condition, and expertly restored – this is your lucky day. I doubt you’ll ever come across another one like it.

Pick-up only on this radio. I can, however, hold it for you while you obtain shipping via either a courier, antique movers, or UShip, which seems to be the lowest cost.

It measures 42"H x 27"W x 14"D. and absolutely commands attention wherever you put it – and that’s before you turn it on! It weighs 71 lbs.
